Dimensionen og m\u00e6ngden af forbehandlingstanke bestemmes af systemets behandlingskapacitet, mens deres produktvalg afh\u00e6nger af r\u00e5vandets topkvalitet og TDS-v\u00e6rdi (Complete Dissolved Solids). Hos Chunke bruger vi FRP (glasfiberforst\u00e6rket plast), 304 eller 316 rustfrit st\u00e5l til vand fra lokalsamfundet eller ferskvandskilder med lavt TDS. Til vandkilder med h\u00f8j TDS eller h\u00f8j saltholdighed v\u00e6lges FRP eller kulstofst\u00e5l for at forhindre korrosion.<\/p>\n<p>Forbehandlingsfasen omfatter almindeligvis sandfiltrering, kulstofrensning og et vandbehandlingsmiddel (herunder ionbytterharpiks). Disse enheder er afg\u00f8rende for den efterf\u00f8lgende filtrering med omvendt osmose og eliminerer effektivt faste stoffer, jern, uklarhed, skygge, lugt, tilbagevendende klor, hastigheder, organiske forurenende stoffer og forskellige andre urenheder. Forbehandlingsprocessen kan bruge h\u00e5ndbog eller automatisk flowkontrol baseret p\u00e5 visse behov.<\/p>\n<p>Det forbehandlede vand ledes derefter ind i sikkerhedsfiltre af patron-typen. I industrielle systemer er disse enheder for det meste konstrueret af 304 eller 316 rustfrit st\u00e5l. Men til vandkilder med h\u00f8j saltholdighed (f.eks. saltvand) kan man v\u00e6lge patron- eller posefiltre af kulstofst\u00e5l, glasfiberforst\u00e6rket plast (FRP) eller PVC. Filterpatronernes pr\u00e6cision er normalt 1\u00b5m eller 5\u00b5m PP-patroner.<\/p>\n<p>Derfor str\u00f8mmer vandet via en h\u00f8jtrykspumpe lige ind i membranlagets stressbeholder. H\u00f8jtrykspumpem\u00e6rkerne kan v\u00e6lges, hvilket giver forbrugerne mulighed for fleksible \u00e6ndringer i budgetplanen. Membranlagets ejendomsevne afh\u00e6nger af de proppede 4040 eller 8040 spec-membranelementer.
