KYsearo’s automatic self cleaning filter lies in its intelligent self-cleaning function. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter reaches the preset value, or when the equipment runs for the set time period, the control system will automatically start the cleaning program. During the cleaning process, the equipment uses a motor-driven cleaning brush (or scraper) to remove impurities accumulated on the inner wall of the filter screen, and uses a drain valve to quickly discharge the pollutants from the system. The main equipment does not need to be stopped during the entire process, ensuring continuous and stable production

How does automatic self cleaning filter work?

After the cleaning is completed, the motor stops running, the drain valve closes, and the filter pressure difference returns to its initial state, ready to start the next filtration cycle.
